My passion for real estate, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to exceed clients' expectations were instilled from an early age by my family of real estate investors. I understand that buying and selling a property is one of the most emotional, impactful, and financially important transactions in one's life. Therefore, I believe to hold the tools in providing the highest level of client-centred service and always exceed clients' expectations.
I started my career as a project manager for a construction company that brought high-end renovation to residential homeowners. After almost a decade of working in the industry, I decided to bring my knowledge forward. My husband, a licensed general contractor and I have purchased, renovated and sold several properties. Not only have these past experiences provided me with a distinct advantage for my clients, but they have also given me an extreme eye for detail.
My background gives me a unique perspective to help my clients visualize the possibility of a “diamond in the rough” type of home, a flip investment, or help select finishes for a new construction project to stand out from the pack. I am able to go into a property and identify concerns and suggest ways to address them. Furthermore, I can provide insight on the approximate time and cost.
In addition, being directly connected to a general contractor provides me with a wide network of professionals I can proudly endorse. I am here to help if you need any contracting, trades or service recommendations.
